We are excited to announce we are launching our blog today! The purpose of the blog is to share our insights and learnings around growing sprouts and a whole bunch of related health topics. We will also be sharing some amazing sprouts, seeds and raw food recipes, although most of these will be posted in our Community Network forums.
Our aim is not to judge you or tell you what you ’should’ be doing with your life, we simply want to impart our knowledge to give you great options to make your own informed decisions. Unlike others who promote the use of living foods for health and longevity, we do not place ourselves in the position of asking anyone to give up the foods they currently enjoy. Rather, we seek to find ways to add to their diets, and trust that people will decide for themselves what balance and percentages are right for them. We are not here to condemn people for eating meat, cooked foods, or a typical western diet. We simply wish to give options to add to rather than take away from what people now enjoy, and trust that their own personal balance will be revealed to them in the process.
We hope you find our blog posts both interesting and informative and we hope to be a part of your journey, growing sprouts and eating healthy, tasty foods! If you like what you read along the way, please feel free to use the Share This button below each post to help others to find our articles. We would also love for you to get involved in the discussion by leaving a comment, as the more opinions people share, the more we all learn together!

Congratulations! I’ve been looking forward to gaining new insights through your Seeds of Sustainability posts and commentary. A long-time former chef, I had learned early on that raw foods – especially from sprouted seeds [which are, in fact, very much alive] – represented the cornerstone for what I’d always felt constituted an optimum diet.
This particular teaching aspect of your mission is the one I appreciate the most – do keep it coming.
Thank you Lark.
We look forward to exchanging views on our journey. There will be more posts coming very soon!
