		<description>Congratulations! I&#039;ve been looking forward to gaining new insights through your Seeds of Sustainability posts and commentary. A long-time former chef, I had learned early on that raw foods - especially from sprouted seeds [which are, in fact, very much alive] - represented the cornerstone for what I&#039;d always felt constituted an optimum diet.

This particular teaching aspect of your mission is the one I appreciate the most - do keep it coming.</description>
