Living Oils
Living Oils are to common vegetable oil what sprouts are to seeds and nuts. Sprouts are already widely known as a nutritious living food. In the life cycle of a plant, seeds and nuts are the time capsules of future generations of plants. These tiny storehouses hold the blueprint and nutrients it needs to grow. A seed can survive for many years in this dormant state, it’s nutrients locked away and protected from digestion by animals, for the purpose of distribution. When the conditions are right, the seed awakens from its slumber and the preserved nutrients begin to transform into food. This process is called germination and is the key difference between vegetable oils, as we have known them, and Living Oils.
Germinating the seeds prior to extracting the oil, provides a completely different oil, one which we have found to be smoother in taste, bursting with subtle flavors and more desirable to the body. Like most raw foods, it has a shorter shelf life than its more preserved counterpart and should be refrigerated.
We have found sunflower seeds to yield one of the best Living Oils to bring out the flavors in raw and low temperature cooking, for use as a massage oil, as a skin ointment and to moisturize hair. We welcome your questions, comments and ideas!

Summary
“Seeds of Sustainability Living Oil will revolutionize the edible oil industry by introducing an edible oil that is acid/alkaline balanced, enzyme and vitamin rich, and has huge potential in several other industries.”
Seeds of Sustainability Living Oil Company is in the start up phase and capital is being sought for stage one manufacturing.
All edible oil on the market today is acidic and poses well documented health hazards. Even organic cold pressed oil contains far too much acid and enzyme inhibitors to be eaten in large amounts or to be used as a healthy non animal source for fats and proteins.
Seeds of Sustainability Living Oil is the first edible oil that is acid/alkaline balanced and rich in enzymes and vitamins. The process of creating the oil is revolutionary and the market potential is vast.
With governments all over the world from national to local level seeking full or partial bans on toxic hydrogenated “trans fats,” the world is scrambling for a source of healthy fats. Who can blame them? The Center for Disease Control and Prevention has declared heart disease the number 1 killer in the US, and trans fats have been identified as the largest single factor contributing to heart disease.. As more and more legislation is put in place to ban the toxic hydrogenated oils, the demand for healthy intact oils of this kind will only increase.
This product has specific potential in the “Raw/Vegan” food market, which has been growing steadily every year for the past 15 years. Demand for organic/raw/vegan whole food continues to increase as many (upper middle class) consumers who choose this diet have a hard time finding a vegan source of fats. Potential investors should be aware that this oil is currently unavailable anywhere in the world.
After sharing this oil with hundreds of individuals on the local level, we have had a 100% positive response. We have attempted to teach people via information products/workshops how to make this oil, only to be told over and over again “Instead of teaching me to make it, make it yourself and I will buy it.” This oil has many other applications outside of food that are too numerous to mention here.
